REMI Rental Policies

1.   We require an APPROVED APPLICATION before showing our properties. For applicants to be approved, we must run a credit report and check previous landlord references. There is a $20.00 application fee. This is payable by phone or to the office when you submit your application.

2.   Once REMI has approved your application, we will call you and set up an appointment for showings (this process usually takes 1 to 2 days - we must be able to notify current residents that we will be showing).

3.   In order to hold an apartment or house, we need a FULL security deposit (equal to one month's rent), EXECUTED Lease, and approved application.   PLEASE do not disturb our current tenant's privacy.

4.     Small pets are accepted only in a few places. The pet deposit is $300 and $100 of it is non-refundable. There is a $20 monthly "pet rent". Absolutely no pets allowed on east campus!

5. Online applications may be printed from our website, but all must include a $20 application fee.
