On Campus

REMI has a variety of accomodations on or within walking distance of the MU, Stephens and Columbia College campuses. We can offer you unfurnished rooms, studios, one, two, three or four bedroom apartments - some in apartment buildings, others in older houses - or even large houses with many bedrooms that you can rent as a group! Like a very up to date look? We have it! Do you prefer the older ambience of oak floors, high ceilings, sun porches, and beautiful woodwork? We have that, too.

Almost all of our properties have parking, which is always a concern on campus. Many have laundry areas or hook-ups. Our lower level apartments are being updated with ceramic tile floors and large thermal pane windows that eiliminate that old "basement" feeling. We continually improve and maintain our properties to ensure that renting from us is a pleasant experience for you. Look for the REMI sign on houses on North and South Ninth, Waugh, Hamilton Way, Hitt, Rosemary, Wilson, University, Dorsey and North and South William Street.

Central, Mid-Town and Outer Columbia

We own four-plexes and eight-plexes in the southeastern area of Bellview Drive and Mesa Drive. If you'd like to live in the Whitegate or Blueridge area, then look at Pioneer apartments for a one bedroom or the Sylvan duplexes if you have a family. REMI has a number of large handsome older homes that have been converted into apartments all along Paris Road.

In the central city area, we have properties on Smith, Fay, Fourth, Walnut, St. James, St. Joseph, Windsor and Wilkes. Moving to west central there are apartments at 201 West Ash, houses and apartments on Worley and many of the small streets that run between Worley and Ash. We have many other locations in the Columbia area, too!
